When logging in for the first time, enter your username in the space below in the format of “last name, underscore, first name”, for example: “Jones_Mary”. If you have a last name with a non-letter in it, like “Susan O'Connor”, use “OConnor_Susan” as your username. If you have hyphenated last name, include the hyphen. If you use two last names without a hyphen, include both surnames with no space between, for example “SmithJones_Mary”. You can also log in using your work email as the username. Your password is initially set to your employee ID.
